Cancellation Policy
I understand clients may need to reschedule appointments. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 2 hours notice. Due to the steadily increasing number of no shows/ last minute cancellations and the significant impact on business, I now must charge a fee of 50% of booked services for these occurrences.
